In Classical Music, Poetry Prose and Drama, Art & Craft sections, competitors must live within or attend schools within the West Tyrone area. In the Irish Dancing Confined Section, competitors must live within the West Tyrone area or attend a Dancing School where the teacher is a member of the West Tyrone Branch of An Comhdháil or An Coimisiún. The Irish Language and Traditional Music sections are open to those who live in or attend schools throughout the County of Tyrone.
Online Entry Forms will go live on 10th January 2025. Entry Forms need to be completed before 24th January 2025. Invoices for the fees will be emailed to the schools on 17th February 2025. Invoices must be paid by the 24th February 2025. Under no circumstances will late entries be taken.
Photographs will be taken of the overall winners only for Social Media. Consent forms will be provided on receipt of the award.
Please note that all trophies should be returned to the Section Secretary before 7th March 2025 and in good clean condition.

For Non Dancing Sections:
Solo item £3.00
Group of less than 10 members: £3.00 per member
Group of 10 members or more: £30.00
Irish Dancing Fees
Registration Fee: £5.00 per Dancer
£10.00 per Family
Solo Dancing: £4.00 per Dance
Team Dancing : £4.00 per person in team
Solo Dancing Championship: £6.00
Team Dancing Championship: £5.00 per person in team
Schools will be invoiced and payments to be made by BACs payment.
